Wow, a language that can look like C# (if I understand correctly) that then compiles down to PHP, an interpreted language that was (probably) itself written in C!
I mean, I can potentially understand the value of developing PHP code generators, but why would you want the source code of such a generator to look like a lower level language????
Yeah. Does seem a bit weird. I tend to feel the same about Google's thing that lets you compile Java into Javascript.
The next version of GeekWeaver will be a far more interesting PHP generator. :-) I'm only about five (fiddly) tasks away from the next release. Just wish I could find time to do those five tasks :-(
